Hotel The 2023 NCBP Annual Meeting will be held at the Colorado Convention Center. There are five host hotels in Denver for NCBP and ABA registrants to choose from. Hotel reservation information will be provided in your confirmation email once you have completed registration.
Guest Tickets If you are bringing a guest to the NCBP Thursday Welcome Reception, NCBP Friday Awards Luncheon and Business Meeting and/or the NCBP Saturday Breakfast, please purchase guest tickets here.
If you are bringing a guest to additional ABA programmatic activities, please purchase individual NCBP event tickets here AND contact Emma Buell or Brenda Guido about adding them as a guest to your overall NCBP/ABA registration. Please note: Guests will not have a badge and per ABA policy each attendee is required to read and affirm his/her commitment to comply with the ABA In-person Meeting Disclaimer.
Cancellation Policy The 2023 ABA Annual Meeting cancellation deadline date is Friday, July 14, 2023. A nonrefundable processing fee of $50 will be deducted from all registration fees for cancellation. Refunds will be applied to original form of payment. After Friday, July 14, refunds will not be granted; however, we will gladly accept substitutions for those unable to attend. To make substitutions, or for additional information about this meeting, please contact the ABA Service Center at 800-285-2221 or 312-988-5000, Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (ET).
