NCBP Executive Council Member Runs for Jacksonville Legal Aid...On Sunday, May 28, 2017, NCBP Executive Council member and former Jacksonville Bar Association president Mike Freed set out on a six day, 160-mile run across Florida to raise money for the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid Association. He completed his run on Saturday, June 2, raising more than $50,000! Said Freed, “I am so very pleased with the success of #freedtorun in bringing awareness and raising much needed funds for Legal Aid. On both counts, my expectations were far exceeded.
