NCBP to Honor 2017 Fellows Award Winner Karol Corbin Walker...NCBP established the Fellows Award in 2005 to honor an outstanding past president of a bar association. This year's winner is Karol Corbin Walker, the first African American President of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) and the first African American female President of the National Conference of Bar Presidents.
