Meeting Venue and Accommodations
Meeting Venue: All NCBP business meetings, programming, and events will take place at the Vancouver Convention Centre East, 1055 Canada Pl, Vancouver, BC V6C, Canada, unless otherwise noted in the program/agenda.
Hotel Information: The NCBP 2018 Midyear Meeting headquarter hotel is the Pan Pacific Vancouver, 300 - 999 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC V6C 3B5, Canada. The Fairmont Waterfront, 900 Canada Place Way, Vancouver, BC, V6C 3L5, Canada, is across the street from the Pan Pacific. Do not attempt to reserve housing until you receive a confirmation from staff with instructions.

A nonrefundable processing fee of $50 will be deducted from all registration fees for cancellation, substitutions or transfers. Additional fees will be charged depending on the date the cancellation request is received. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com.
Requests received by January 16 will be subject to only the $50 fee described above. Requests for refunds received January 17 through January 24 will be honored at 50% of the total registration fees and optional events. After January 24, absolutely no requests for refunds will be honored. Fees for ABA events will be refunded according to ABA meeting policy. Visit www.ambar.org/midyear for ABA Refund Policy.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel prior to 72 hours or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date will result in a one night’s room and tax charge to the credit card provided. To change/cancel your hotel reservation prior to January 9, 2018 contact onPeak by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 855-201-5848. After January 9, 2018 all requests for changes/cancellations must be directed to the hotel.
